We immediately liked Maria when she met with us to show us homes, but we had no idea how instrumental she was going to be in helping us purchase our home. She alerted us to homes she thought we would like--one of which we went on to buy--and arranged for us to see the homes we were interested in. Once we selected a home, she immediately put in an offer. She guided us through the buying processes, recommended excellent people to work with for the home inspection. She even helped us find movers. But what we are particularly grateful for is the way she helped us navigate the mortgage with the bank. Our loan ended up taking longer than it should have and she was instrumental to communicating with both the bank and the buyers. She is excellent at her job. I couldn't recommend her enough!
